Join us for an unforgettable time of great wine, seafood creations, and contemplation of the meaning of Christmas! The Feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian American tradition that takes place around Christmas time, normally on Christmas Eve, however Gilchrist is proud to offer this culinary experience over four evenings.

This Italian-Catholic tradition is often celebrated on Christmas Eve and involves abstinence from meat prior to the Christmas feast and emphasizes the significance of the number seven in Christian theology. Often, families may prepare more than seven seafood dishes.
