By joining the Gilchrist Wine Club, you agree to the following:

• You authorize Gilchrist Wine Club to charge your credit card for club wine selections.

• The cost of each shipment may vary depending on wine selections, customizations, and any additions you choose.

• Membership is ongoing. You may cancel at any time after receiving your first two shipments. Any wines billed prior to cancellation remain your responsibility.

• Members wishing to cancel their membership before their first shipment will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

• Membership cancellations can be done through your online account or by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

• Updates can be made through your online portal or by contacting: info@gilchristfarmwinery.com.

• A signature from someone 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. Shipping carriers are prohibited from leaving alcohol deliveries without an adult signature.

• If mail is returned, the member will be charged for return shipping fees.

• Orders not picked up within six weeks of the release date will be shipped to the customer, and shipping fees will be charged to the member’s credit card on file. If mail is returned, the member will be charged for return shipping fees.

• Membership is available to individuals 21 years or older and is limited to two individuals per account. Member benefits are non-transferable.

• By joining, you consent to receive both wine club communications and marketing emails from Gilchrist Farm. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails will also unsubscribe you from important membership-related updates.

• Gilchrist Wine Club reserves the right to update or modify Wine Club benefits and terms at any time.
