The fruit for this red blend was grown in both the Leelanau and Old Mission AVA (American Viticultural Area) and consists of nearly 2/3 Merlot and 1/3 Pinot Noir with small amounts of Cabernet Franc and other grapes from our test acre. The resultant blend was fermented in French Oak for nearly 20 months and retains many features of the featured grapes.

Medium bodied with light tannins and with rich flavors of baked tart cherries on the palate, the wine has a delightful ruby color and fragrant nose to indulge your senses and retains the essential versatility to be drunk alone or paired with numerous foods.
